Question : Past couple days I've been using meth on and off, and my penis really itches while high, I also had a pre-existing him mor pre-existing hemorrhoids. Std free also.
Just a cut? Side effect of preparation H?

The itching over penis and sometime other area is known side effect of methamphetamine and I think you need to avoid as far as itching over penis is considered.

In regard to benadryl H it helps in itching but there are no such effect as itching.
