What Causes Itching In The Anus?

Question: Past 4 days I have lot of Itching around and near the Anus.

Background: I went trough a Laser surgery for Fistula in Ano (11' o Clock) last month on 26th and there has been regular secretions from Wound.

I have gone through your complaints.
Itching is due to the irritation caused by the secretions along with persistent moisture in the perianal area.
It is not related to the medicines you are taking.
Linezolid doesn't lead to perianal itching.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to continue with sitz bath and antibiotic linezolid.
Besides this take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily and apply a mild steroid antifungal combination cream to subside the inflammation.
You can apply clotrimazole and beclomethasone combination cream in the itchy areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should relieve your itching.

Teczine or levosiz tab; candid B or zydip C cream

You can take tablet teczine or levosiz 5 mg twice daily and apply candid B or Zydip C cream on the perianal area.
