Question : my balls been itching for like two weeks it looks like joc itch but it itches all the time. I did have sex with this girl an a few ddays after that it seemed to start itching all the time at that point. I dont shower everyday like I should an I sweat alot

I read your query and I saw the attached picture.

Following is my reply

1. This appears to be fungal infection of perineum with acute bacterial infection superimposed.

2. You need to get antifungal ointment prescribed and apply it over the itching infected area.

3. You also need to start broad specttum antibiotics. Get them prescribed.

4. Apart from this you need to visit STD clinic for testing.
