What Causes Itching Near Testicles?
Question: I am getting some itching near testis area due to some allergytic type wonds.
How to avoind it?

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Itching in the groin region most commonly occurs due to a fungal infection of the groin region.
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Apply an antifungal steroid combination cream like canestan s cream over the affected area twice a day.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating.
Use the medicine regularly for atleast two weeks.
If the itching is very bothersome, you can take an oral antihistamine tablet along like tablet claritin once a day.

Infections of this variety are very common and usually not serious. At this point of time, I do not find any reasons to be worried about.
Topical canasten s creams are well tolerated by almost all individuals. Please test the cream on a small area of skin such as arms/legs for allergic reaction. If you have no troubles 20 - 30 minutes after using, it should be safe.
You can follow up here or with your local doctor in case you have troubles after this cream use.
