Brief Answer:
Calamine lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank for writing to us on HCM.
From history and review of the clinical picture,it seems that your wife has got miliaria due to bed rest.
Due to bed rest the excess sweat gets pooled up over weight- bearing areas like back and it leads to temperary blockage of sweat ducts and thus the reddish rash.
Nothing to worry as she will be fine soon.
Apply a soothing calamine lotion and moisturiser like liquid paraffin twice a day for few days.
cold sponing will help additionally.
Try to change the sleeping position every 2-3 hourly.
I am sure this will take care of her condition.
Thank you
