What Causes Itching On Face And Forehead?

Question: I HAVE ITCHINESS ON MY FACE AND FOREHEAD - SPECIFICALLY THE MARGINS OF MY NOSE, UNDER MY NOSE, CHEEKS, ABOVE EYEBROWS. ALSO, TENDERNESS AT MY JAWS WHERE THEY MEET MY TEMPELS.
SEEMS TO ME TO BE A VERSION OF TRIGENMINAL NEURITIS. AM HAVING A LOT OF DENTAL WORK DONE, INCLUDING IMPLANTS AND TEETH REMOVED (#4,5, AND 6s).

Trigeminal neuralgia or neuritis presents with lancinating pain over face area, increased by jaw movement, chewing and exposure to cold even touch.

If there is any skin lesions, itching rashes or numbness over face?

I don't have any facial lesions nor rashes - just the itchiness. This itchiness is intense enough that it wakens me during the night. When I am having dental work done, with my mouth open wide for periods of time, the itchiness under my nose, across my upper lip is very intense. I have acid reflux and am taking Nexium to deal with the excess acid. That's the only medication I take.

If you have no skin rashes and only itching then it may be due to some skin abnormalities or nerve irritation.
You should visit a dermatologist.
You can try pregabalin or amitryptiline with levocetrizine.
