Brief Answer:
Mild fungal infection ,take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the area called candida.
keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily. Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily .
Use the medicine regularly for atleast two weeks for complete cure.
You might a course of oral antifungals like fluconazole if the lesion tends to persist or increase.

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Apply the topical drug only

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Clotrimazole is a topical medicine ,available as a cream ,to be applied over the affected area twice daily .
Itraconazole is an oral antifungal drug used in severe and resistant cases of fungal infections ,so you might not need it right now.
