Question : My neck was itchy about 4 days ago. It still itches and is red. Now my legs and arms also itch. Benedryl doesnt help. What do i do?

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed contact dermatitis.
It is an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week.
You can continue taking benadryl.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management..
