Brief Answer:
I suggest a few lab tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

I can see multiple, red erosions on glans. This clinically looks like herpes genitalis (caused by hsv) Or it could also possibly be candidal balanitis (caused by a yeast).

I suggest you to take a swab test for herpes virus as well as a wet preparation for yeast. These tests would clarify and distinguish the underlying cause which can subsequently be treated accordingly.

Regards
