Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description of the lesions and treatment prescribed, you could probably be having urticaria or sun induced allergy.
In sun induced allergy one gets itchy persistent red rashes in sun exposed areas only.
Other possibility could be urticaria. It is characterised by itchy transient wheals. In simpler words a patient gets itchy red raised lesions that disappear spontaneosuly.

Hydroxychloroquine sulfate acts as a systemic sunscreen and is usually given in cases of photodermatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, porphyrias etc. It is also prescribed in rheumatoid arthritis, malaria etc.
Deflazacort( a steroid) and levocetrizine can be given in urticaria as well as sun induced allergy.

Now I would like to know
Since how long are you having these lesions
Site of lesions
If these are transient
Type, shape, size of lesions
If having any other associated findings like sun induced itching, redness etc.

If possible also upload an image of your skin lesions as it would help me in making most probable diagnosis.
Hoping to hear from you soon.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back.
Your description sounds more like uritcaria.
So as far as my clinical opinion is concerned, I would like to begin with
Tablet levocetirizne 10 mg twice in a day and tablet hydoxyzine 25 mg twice in a day. You may take these for two weeks and if there is no recurrence of lesions, we will just continue with levocetrizine twice in a day for another two weeks. Later on depending on response, we may reduce the dose to once in a day and continue the same for sometime.
I would not advise you to continue with hydroxychloroquine and deflazacort.
Hope this helped.
Take care

Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back.
You have taken such close shots of your images that its really difficult for me to appreciate the size, shape, surface , texture and site of lesions. If these lesions are still there please take high resolution pics of these lesions from some distance!
I would suggest that you start
Tablet levocetirizine 10 mg( levosiz/hhlevo/xyzal/teczine) and hydroxyzine 25 mg( atarax/prugo)

If its urticaria, sour fermented food, foods with preservatives, canned tinned food should be avoided.

Hope this helped.
Take care
