                                    Brief Answer:
your lab results are great
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM,
Your lab results are normal, including ALT and you don't need to worry about autoimmune or any other liver damage. 47 is not considered to be pathologic.
ALT may fluctuate +/- 10 during the day and may increase after certain meals, smoking or body infections. But again, this is not elevated ALT so I don't think that itchiness is caused by liver disorder.
Let me know if you have any further queries..
Wish you good health.
Regards

Hi
Detailed Answer:
if this is single lesion then this is probably insect bite or contact dermatitis due to allergic reaction on something.I don't think this is related to medication or any systematic disease. you should just apply cold compresses and antihistaminic ointment,it should pass in short time. Wish you good health. Regards
