Question : I feel itching sensation inside the penis, and if i pull my fore skin it pain very hard and cut marks will be there if i pull pls help me out

Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Fissures or cuts can occur over the foreskin due to candidal infection which is a fungal infection .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream over the affected area twice daily,regularly for atleast two weeks .
You might need a course of oral antifungals if the infection still tends to persist or increase .

Thank u doctor i will follow up, and this infection is from past 20 r 25 days, am feeling uneasy to ware pants, can curcumssion done for me

Fungal infections of the penile region are quite common and tend to heal soon with proper treatment.
So I would surely not advise you to undergo circumscision for this problem .
Take proper treatment as advised,I am sure the infection should heal soon.

doctor from past 25 days i have penis infection and while i pass stool blod come, from 5 days there is no pain while passing stool but blood comes and if i eat any spicy food itching start around anus, please suggest me tab or cream.

Itching around the anal region would settle with antifungal treatment .
Bleeding from the anal region could either be due to fissures or haemorrhoids.You might need check up by a surgeon to assess the exact cause .
