Question : itchy ear loops flaky skin, it's also on my head.

Ketoconazole shampoo, steroid antifungal lotion & antihistaminic

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use ketoconazole 2 percent shampoo twice weekly and apply lotion containing steroid antifungal combination like beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the itchy areas of the scalp and ears twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Besides this take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily for itching.
