Brief Answer:
Seems to be intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
It can be due to intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
I would recommend you to stay in cool airy environment, avoid excessive walking and physical activity, wear loose cotton clothes including the underwear.
Besides this I recommend my patients to apply steroid antifungal combination cream like clobetasol propionate miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for few days and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily till the time itching and irritation persists.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
