What Causes Itching Sensation And Redness On Ankle?
Question: I had some kail in my salad yesterday and don't have it often. When I got home my left ankle was itchy. I put my running shoe on and went for a walk / jog. I do a little trail were my legs touched weeds at times. I am out for an hour. Upon my return my ankles starting turning red just above my sock line, a liitle on the itchy side and warm to the touch. This am the rash is on both legs below knee and is warm to the touch. had this one time before but no as sever, I was taking B-12 vitamin the and quit went any in a few days. seems like i am retaining water around the ankles too. Should I seek med. attention ?
