Question : I have developed a very dry itchy condition around my lips. The corners of my mouth are cracking. At times my llips and around them appear to be swollen. I cannot think of anything that I have eaten or used on my face to cause a reaction. It has been going on for over a week.

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed peri Oral dermatitis.
It's an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
