Brief Answer:
Lumps in breast requires Fine needle aspiration cytology study.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Itching in the chest and abdominal region could be due to dry skin. Hopefully, there is no redness. If present, allergic reaction needs to be looked into. For dry skin, you can use moisturizing lotions and avoid using hard soaps. Drink plenty of water to maintain good hydration.
2. Swelling and bloating feeling is due to gaseous distension of intestines. It is due to change in colonic bacteria. You will require probiotics and yogurt to improve the gut bacteria. Also avoid insoluble fiber diet and change to soluble fiber diet from fruits and vegetables. Continue with omeprazole and regular meals.
3. Lumps in and around breast is main concern. If the lump is movable, less concerned. If lumps are fixed, then it needs immediate evaluation. However, you need to get an FNAC done for the swelling to make sure, there is nothing malignant. This evaluation is very important.

Hope it helps.

These lumps are XXXXXXX and sore. They do go away with lymphatic drainage but soon return within a week or less. Could I have a lymphatic issue?

Brief Answer:
Needs confirmation for lymphatic issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
XXXXXXX lumps and sore means possible infectious cause. Draining of lymphatics, if its helping, means possibly maybe lymphatic issue.
Cause of block in lymphatic issue requires evaluation. Lymphatic issue usually does not present with multiple swellings and presents with edema of the affected part.
FNAC can confirm lymphatic obstruction and further follow-up for cause would be necessary. Do get the test done.

Hope it helps.
