Question : Iam having severe skin itching on my legs from my thigh downwards.This problem is there since last 2 months.The itching keeps shifting in my legs.Iam aged 46 and a diabetic with cholesterol and BP issues ,but maintained with medicines.Iam applying caladryl lotion for itching and also coconut oil for skin dryness .But there is no relief.Kindly advise .

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
1. Kindly get a "Ascabiol" soap and apply to the affected parts.
2. This soap is to applied and kept for 3 minutes.
3. Then you can wash with water. Then you can apply any other soap
if you wish.
4. Next, take teczine 5 mg strength tablets 2 times a day with breakfast
and dinner. This is levocetrizine.
5. This will stop the itching.
6. Stop caladryl lotion.
7. Stop coconut oil.
8. After 2 weeks apply any moisturing soap you like ONCE the itching stops.
Your problem is solved.
