Question : My right leg started itching on my way home from work and when I got home I noticed it has a red area that almost looks like a sunburn. It is about 6-10 inches wide. I rubbed some Curel on it Then I elevated it. I am a diabetic. My ankles are swollen Should I be worried??? Top of foot looks swollen and red is spreading
