Question : I went to the ER at the hospital cause of my continues itching all over my body, a chemical taste in my mouth and pain all over my body. The doctor at the ER say that it could be my liver, is this true

Hi and welcome.
Well Jaundice is one of the possible causes and this is usually sign of liver damage,but you would have yellowish skin colour and elevated liver markers.
Also, liver ultrasound should be done.
Other possible causes include allergic reactions, parasitic infections, dermatiits or some rare methabolic diseases.
