Question: i'VE HAD JOCK ITCH FOR A LONG TIME AND IT HAS BEEN UNDER CONTROL WITH zEEASORB POWDER. TODAY IT IS ITCHING LIKE CRAZY AND WAS WONDERING WHAT i SHOULD TREAT IT WITH?

Hi,

After reading history,it seems that most probably you suffer from Tinea cruris. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper diagnosis.

You may follow as below..

- tab levocetirizine 5 mg daily to relieve itching
- cap itroconazole 100 mg twice a day for two weeks
- apply sertaconazole cream on affected areas
- continue sprinkling the abzorb dusting powder after bath
- avoid bathing with soap..you may use dettol liquid ...few drops in bucket
- keep the area dry
- investigate for internal diseases like diabetes
