Brief Answer: This probably represents an allergic reaction Detailed Answer: Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about this rash that you have reported. From all the information you have provided, this rash is very suspicious of a possible allergic reaction. I also have reasons to think you are prone to over reacting to allergens because of this eczema rash that develops should you eat too much dairy. All these point to the fact that you can easily develop an allergic reaction. I will suggest that you try to find out in your diet, cosmetic products, surroundings, etc what the possible cause of this rash is. Eliminating it from further contact would be very helpful in controlling this and preventing further similar reactions. For now, I will suggest that your try taking some anti allergic medications like benadryl or zyrtec. This will help to control the itches. However, identifying the cause and eliminating it from further exposure would be the best possible solution to this. If these measures should fail, then talking to a dermatologist would be a good idea. I hope this addresses your query fully and provides enough information to act on. feel free to ask for clarification or more information if need be. I wish you the best of health. Dr. Ditah, MD.
