Question: My daughter, aged 21 has had a cold since the past 3 days. Her symptoms are itchy and sore throat, cough and blocked nostrils with a slight headache.

1. Tablet azithromycin 250 mg twice a day.
2. Tablet fexofenadine 120 mg once in the night.
3. Tablet multivitamin once a day.
4. Otrivin nasal drop 2 drops thrice a day.
