What Causes Itchy And Watery Eyes With Sneezing?
Question: Hi I have facing itching of eyes coming water from eyes as well as from nose once I woke up and some times continues sneezing from last one year. I took so many treatment also from ayurved medicine as I have been told its a sinusitis please suggest me what I can do so I can be free from this it is really hectic and unbearable

You are suffering from a condition called ''allergic rhinitis'', itching and watering of the eyes is a part of its 'symptoms-complex'.
Sinusitis is a diagnosis to be said only if your CT scan of PNS ( para nasal sinuses) confirms it. Anyone saying this to be sinusitis without a CT scan is telling you a wrong diagnosis.
Aurvedic treatment is good in some other conditions NOT in allergic rhinitis.
I can outline a treatment for you BUT as these are prescription you have to take a help f your local / family Doctor or an ENT Specialist to ''get a prescription''.
* Continue cetirizine once a day. Do not give a gap .
*Deflazacort in a reducing dose. The initial dose depends upon your weight. The dose to be reduced every week over 3 weeks.
*Topical anti-allergic STEROID spray- once or twice daily as per company instructions.
*Multivitamins
* Vitamin A and Vitamin D in therapeutic doses.
*AVOID- Dust, pets, molds and mildew which develop in cold and damp area of house and office, Excessive changes in temperature like stepping out of AC room to normal temperature too often, Synthetic cloths / curtains/ linen and bed-sheets, And anything you must have observed till now that increases your problem.
This is going to make your life absolutely easy. Remember the dictum- ''Avoid the allergens (which cause the allergy) as preventive therapy. Medicines to be taken only if the dose of allergens cause the problems in future course.
