Question : I recently had an itchy area on forearm - thinking it may be mosquito bite, applied cortisone anit itch -had some swelling - time passed & now I have lethargy - low energy (not usual for me) & seem to need to sleep all the time? Possibly West Nile?? Sincerely, Ila
