Question : I took zrytc today,and seem to be experanceing side effects now.very ichy,spreding rash,and blistering skin.legs seem to be swelling more.what should I do

I understand your concern.
You have developed allergic reaction to Levofloxacin or to Zyrtec, the former more likely.
Corticosteroid or adrenaline is the treatment to stop the reaction.
