Question : Hello, I have bumps in my buttlock they sometimes itch and sometimes release some kind of pus. How can i get rid of this bumps or relief them?

They are due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting in health care magic.

As the bumps release pus, they are of infective origin. You need good antibiotics.

I prescribe Antibiotics like Clindamycin capsule along with Cefuroxime tablet to my patients with similar complaints. I also add anti inflammatory tablets.

Please consult your doctor and get checked.

You should keep your Anal area clean. In most cases, the source of infection is from Anal region only.

If you use antibiotic course, the bumps will disappear.
