Question : Bumps on elbows, mosquito bite size, been there about a month. Itchy at times. scratched one. Clear liquid despite feeling hard to the touch. Took a long time to heal. What are they?

The itchy bumps on your elbows could be due to a number of skin conditions eg psoriasis, eczema, contact dermatitis etc

Appears to be Urticarial rash secondary to insect bite

I appreciate your concern

The lesions on your elbow appear as urticaria, in response to insect bite eg bed bug. Take antihistamine like Benadryl or levocetirizine and apply calamine lotion locally on the lesions. Most likely, the lesions will resolve.
