Brief Answer:
More details are required as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxx,

I understand your concern.

Your symptoms of itchy eyes could be related to possible allergy reaction to pollen/fumes or anything you've been consuming or inhaling or exposing to recently. Please wash your eyes well, rinse with water thoroughly and apply iriderbe solution locally.

Flaking skin on fingers could be dry skin or vitamin deficiency. Fungal infection is also to consider; however, I need to have a look at your fingers first. Please send a photo for that. You can simply upload/attach it at the reports section of this web-page.

It's good that the Monistat test is within normal ranges, but non-painful sores on pelvic area and thick white vaginal discharge are signs of possible fungal infection if they occur everyday. If they are present only before your monthly periods, then, they are the signs of incoming periods.

Looking forward to have the requested information in for a more specific advice.

Kind Regards
Dr.xxxxxx

Brief Answer:
Hands problems seem like psoriasis as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back xxxx,

Thank you for providing the requested photos.

I have gone through them carefully and the changes in your hands seem to be related to psoriasis.
However, skin scrapping examination and biopsy are required to determine the final diagnosis.
Your hands problems are not related to vaginal discharge/infection nor to eye infection. Unless, you've been exposed to any external allergen recently.

If psoriasis is confirmed, your skin should be kept well moisturized.
If they are itchy, can apply coal tar products to ease itchiness.

On the thick parts, can use salicylic acid; be careful not to use on thin parts.
Steroids ointments can also be used locally.

Hope this helps.
