Brief Answer:
Allegric canjunctivitis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

Discharge is often associated with an eye condition called conjunctivitis. Conjunctivitis may be infectious (caused by a viral or bacterial infection), or sterile (caused by allergy, or some other irritant). When conjunctivitis is caused by an infection, it is commonly referred to as pinkeye.
The discharede you name is called Rheum.Rheum is made up of mucus, skin cells, oils and dust. The rheum that comes from the eyes and forms eye boogers is called gound, which you may know as eye sand, eye gunk, sleep dust, sleep sand, sleep in your eyes, or eye shnooters. When you're awake, gound doesn't cause any problems

Initially go for a swab senstivity and routine test to rule out possibility of bacterial infection.
wash your eyes thrice daily with cold water.
Use antallaergic eye drop almon with a mild antibiotic for a few days and follow up with reports of test

Thanks.
