Need more details and clear digital Images

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Welcome back.

Kindly provide me more details...

I would like to know whether do they ooze any fluid Or blood?
Are they itchy? Or are they painful?
How long do you have them?
Do anyone or some of these skin lesions resolve on its own?

I would like to review them once again with close up Images. Kindly upload a few more good quality images.

Regards

The first picture shows that bubble i was talking about . The big one on my big toe i picked about a week ago and there was some whitish puss inside i have new ones forming even today they start as a little irritated red humped up spot before they break the surface. I seem to get more every day i look. Its scaring me because it seems soon my whole foot may be coverd or somthing . The only give me slight trouble because i can feel them at times they feel slightly soar.

Brief Answer:
Topical Steroid cream, Oral antibiotics, Oral cetrizine & Oral Steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you for the fresh Images and for clarifications. It did help a lot.

I would like to review my earlier diagnosis to Pompholyx.

Pompholyx, usually which presents as itchy fluid filled blisters/vesicles classically along the sides of the fingers and toes but sometimes also on palms/ soles.
Those individuals who are allergic/atopic have higher chances of developing pompholyx and it is believed to be a type of endogenous Eczema.

Lesions of pompholyx may develop as an allergy to metal salts such as nickel. Nickel is the most common inducer of this type of reaction.
Nickel is very commonly present in ornaments as well as ingested in food.

Exposure to other salts like cobalt, chromium can also induce this type of reaction e.g cement workers are exposed to chromium.
Other possible allergens include certain topical antibiotics e.g neomycin, chemicals such as perfumes and irritants such as detergents etc.

I would suggest that you use a potent topical steroid cream e.g Clobetasol propionate 0.05% Or betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days.
Since your pompholyx has flared up recently therefore you would greatly benefit from a short course of an oral steroid e.g prednisolone for faster relief.
In addition to Oral steroids, a week of Oral antibiotics would also help dry up any pus/ infection that may be present.
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine, once or twice daily, would help in providing symptomatic relief from itching.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist regarding the recent flare up of pompholyx and take treatment under his/ her supervision.

Thanks for all the advice . Would fluticasone propionate cream work? And will it go away on its own or only with help. All the dermatologists around me take like 3 or 4 months to get into. What could i do with out seeing a dermitoligyst

Brief Answer:
Can use fluticasone along with oral cetrizine

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Though fluticasone propionate 0.05% is a milder topical steroid as compared to clobetasol propionate 0.05%, however you may use it, twice daily till you can get an appointment.

I also suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g amoxycillin Or flucloxacillin, thrice daily for a week.

An otc oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
