Brief Answer:
Discoid dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

I have gone through your query and I have also seen the photograph. I have answered your previous queries too, so Hello again!!
In the photographs, I can see a scaly, slightly red, disc shaped, coin sized patch on leg.
I will keep a possibility of Discoid dermatitis. This is not a fungal infection.
Individuals who have an underlying dry skin are more likely to develop itchy scaly patches like these.
Use of soaps should be restricted as soaps extract the moisture from skin.
Treatment includes twice daily application of an intensive moisturizer to the whole affected area/whole of leg; in the morning immediately after bath and again at night.
Apart from the moisturizer, I would suggest topical application of a potent topical steroid cream (clobetasol propionate 0.05%) twice daily, over the patches.
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would help in providing symptomatic relief from itching.
Once the patches resolve you may discontinue with the topical steroid, however, you must still continue with the moisturizer.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist personally for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription.

Regards
