Question : Hi. I've developed round welp- like, raised, itchy lesions that present randomly on thighs and each knee. It's happened before. Goes away after a week. Leaves dark spots on skin.

From the description it seems like you have got an allergic skin condition called urticaria but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
