Brief Answer:
surgical excision

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having mole in your back and has changed colour i would advise you to go for surgical excision.

In this procedure dermatologist cuts out the entire mole and stitches the skin closed.

The cut mole then needs to be send to the lab. It will be examined under a microscope. This is called a biopsy.

After a mole is removed, the skin will heal.

If the mole grows back again it could be a a sign of melanoma, a type of skin cancer.
