Brief Answer:
Possibility of allergic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
HEllo,
I have gone through your question and pictures.
If you already had chicken pox then possibility of recurrence is low.
Other possibility may be allergic dermatitis due to some local body soap, oil or lubricant.
Try to stop all application over body for few days.
Take anti allergic like cetrizine for a few days.

If it doesn't show signs of improvement in the next 3 days, please consult a dermatologist for careful examination under broad light.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dr Neeraj Kumar
