Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a mild superficial fungal infection over the glans region .
You need to apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream over the affected areas twice daily.
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Apply the medicine regularly for atleast two weeks to cure the infection completely.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection.

Hi i am 21 years old .
I've a itchy penis for about a week now. The itchiness is on the glans and under the foreskin. I think there is slight redness on the glans too . It possibly occurred after washing my penis with a soap that i changed last week. I dont feel any pain. What should i do ? Please prescribe medicines to cure the itch.

A doctor friend of my brother asked me to use cetaphil cleansing lotion along with loratidine 10mg. Should i avoid those?
I washed my glans with a soap called persona. Can that me the reason for my infection?
Will i have to stop masturbating? i masturbate twice daily. :P
And cotton undergarments wont help in my case because i am uncircumcised and my glans are always covered with the foreskin.

Hi again

I would advise you to start application of candid b cream and take oral tablet levocetrizine. Cetaphil cleansing agent can be used for washing the genitals twice daily before application of the medicine .
In my viewpoint ,this would be the best treatment in your case .
You should avoid using the same soap again in future since it is likely to cause allergy again .
Try to avoid excessive handling of genitals for atleast three to four days or till the time the redness completely goes .

I took those photos yesterday but today i cant see any redness at all..i am only feeling itchiness on the left side under the foreskin.
how to apply the cream? will it make my glans sticky to the foreskin? since i am uncircumcised
and what about the masturbation? can i do it atleast once ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You surely have a rash over the glans .
So wash the area twice daily.Dry it and apply a thin layer of the medicine .No,it will not make the area sticky ,the medicine will get absorbed into the skin some time after application.
Masturbation has no adverse effects over the area or the rash ,so it can safely be done.
