Brief Answer:
I suggest to do a 4th generation HIV test after 3 months.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

Based on your history, having unprotected sexual intercourse you should know that exist the risk of HIV infection.
Furthermore, acute HIV infection is a condition that develops within two to four weeks after someone is infected with HIV and the symptoms are similar to those of the flu and other viral illnesses like you have.
But, no one can say for sure that you are positive for HIV without a HIV test.
Usually, the rash of acute HIV infection is typically red and may be present over the trunk, face and extremities.
I have seen carefully your lab results and they are all normal .
As well it is a good news that you have a negative result of HIV test but I suggest to do a 4th generation HIV test after 3 months from exposure as a conclusive test.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.

These symptoms we can see even in HIV negative patient.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing back.

I have seen carefully your picture and I think that face burning and big pimples are not a special signs of HIV because these symptoms we can see even in HIV negative patient.
Based on this fact I cannot say that someone is HIV positive.
In this case I suggest to do a 4th generation HIV test 4-6 weeks after exposure and after 3 months as a conclusive test.

I hope my answer helps you.
