Brief Answer:
Seem to be having candidal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and according to me you are having candidal infection of the glans and foreskin. It is a yeast infection commomly seen in uncircumcised men.

It is common in diabetic persons and those on long term antibiotics.

In such cases I recommend my patients to maintain personal hygiene and apply clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
I think it will be available as over the counter in your country.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
