Question : Have a itchy rash around the genitals. Redness and itching.

It could be a fungal infection so you should apply anti fungal local cream like fluconazole twice a day, keep the area dry as much as possible and take antihistamine like cetrizine 10 mg at night. please apply. the cream for 7 days more after the rash disappears so that it does not recur.
