Brief Answer:
possible fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using health care magic.
In my opinion itchy rash is due to fungal infection.
Please apply fluconazole cream to the affected area.
If it is not improved with that then please consult a dermatologist.
I hope I have helped you.

Thank you for your observations.
Is the medication you suggest available over the counter or do I require a prescription? Am assuming it is safe for 10 year olds.
