                                            Question : My son that is 6 years old has some kind of rash on his feet ,chest, and arms he says it itchs and burns we live in the country

                                    It has been going on for about 4 days. The dark between the 3rd and 4th toe is actually bubble blister that have popped. No one else has it and it looks different then poison ivy its bigger bumps it seems like.

I have reviewed the images and this is suggestive of a viral infection called hand-mouth and feet disease. This causes blister in these areas. The disease is self limiting and generally requires nothing more than controlling for pain and itches. I will recommend tylenol for pains and Benadryl for itches. Please, keep the blisters and wounds clean to avoid any further infections. Cleansing them with an antiseptic such as Iodine would be okay.
