Question : Hi, I am 25 Male. Me and my girlfriend had regular intercourse and oral sex without condom for almost 5 years. In the 3rd year, I could see little rashes on my penis(inside the skin) and had itching. Meanwhile my girlfriend too had white discharge and itching in her vagina. We went to see a doctor and as far as I remember We were both given Faskit. Though we got better back then. But this problem re occurs in very short intervals. We are apart from eachother and we are not having sex past 1 year or so. Please suggest

                                    Thank you doctor.
I have been regularly cleaning it but past 3 months it's always present. I also wanted to know if using soap is recommended while cleaning it. Should I also take Fas3kit and if yes, how do I take all 4 pills?
I have also attached a closer picture for review.
Please help.
