Question : I have developed red rashes in most part of my body with mild itching sensation. Fever comes and goes during the day. could you please advise how can I recover along with precautions (including food) etc.

Thanks for posting the query,

The symptoms you are suffering from suggests like viral flu.
The same symptoms are seen in measels also.
I suggest you to take Tab. Hifenac P one tablet, 2 times daily for 3 days and Tab. Allegra 1 tablet 2 times to reduce the rashes and itching.

Food restrictions include avoiding oily and spicy food.
Have lot of fluids and water, keep yourself well hydrated.

If the fever is not reduced in 3 days then the blood investigations must be done.
