Needs clinical evaluation and investigations to get the root cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query concerning your daughter of 24.
Read the history carefully.
The causes can be as follows:
Since there is itching on the scalp, there might have been lymph node enlargement under the ear lobe.
Has mild fever and increased appetite about a a couple of weeks ago and indicates that it might have been due to some reasons that need to be investigated as that might have been the the cause of so many varied symptoms in a young 24 years old female. It can be a matter of concern since she is an avid runner but now can not run a mile without having to stop.
She is fatigued, can't sleep, itchy elbow pit with rash, low vision, reduced appetite and burning throat.
All these symptoms taken together I would advise you the following:
She needs a clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor to have a clinical diagnosis guiding for the proper investigations of blood, urine, stool, and others as per the clinical findings to get to the root cause.
This alone can have a plan of proper treatment.
Continue Tynelol, a PPI like Omeprazole, multivitamins till then.
I hope this answer helps your daughter to get an appropriate diagnosis and a proper treatment.
