i am in XXXXXXX ...and it's summer ...suddenly my 2.5 yrs old kid experiencing itching in affected places and it is red swollen bumps...i don't know what it is ...the bump spreads big in reddish as attached in pic...pls let me know what is it ..so that I can take proper ointment or cream ...
