Question : Hi - From quite sometime, I have been seeing red eruptions on my body with itching whenever my body heats up for e.g. by excising, high temperature etc. It causes red erruptions all over the body which last till the time my body cools down again. Please advice the possible cause and treatment.

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed cholinergic urticaria.
Its an allergic condition and can be induced due to heat or exercise.
I treat such cases with a combination of topical and oral antihistamines.
A combination of topical symrelief spray to be applied twice daily and tablet levocetrizine 1 tablet daily in night gives good results.
