Question : I have this rash on both my upper tighs, where the leg meets the butt. I scatched them before I could see if there were blisters, but it looks more like a patch of red skin with tiny pimples in it. It is moderately itchy. I have no other symptoms.

It is hard to take good pics with my phone but I'm uploading a better one I think. It is actually at my upper tights to the back of legs, on both legs. I've something similar on my lower abdomen as well, but I'm not sure if its the same.

It seems like a fungal infection.
I suggest you to take a Capsule of itraconazole 100mg (Capsule Itrasys 100mg), twice daily for 2 weeks. Topically you may use Luliconazole r% cream (Lulifin cream), twice daily.
In addition you may take a tablet of levocetrizine (teczine 10mg) for symptomatic relief from itching.
