Hi
Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
Don't worry. They are nothing serious. This is superficial folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles. It canbe due bacterial infection or due to some physical or chemical irritation to the hair follicles.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin or neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily. They usually resolve in 5-7 days.
These are not related to acne or bites.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Brief Answer:
Stomach pain can be due to acidity problem

Detailed Answer:
Stomach pain can be due to acidity problem. Consider taking an antacid tablet like pantoprazole or omeprazole half an hour before dinner. Also try to keep your dinner light and take dinner atleast 3 hours prior going to bed. I don't know whether these medicines will be available as over the counter in your country.
Red dots on the hands can be due to urticaria which is an allergic reaction to anything used or applied on the hands. Try to notice any relation between red dots and anything being used by you on the hands.
