Brief Answer:
Heat boils. Possible fungal infection. Quickly curable.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. Since these red dots are present for 1 year, they are chronic and signify a local skin infection rather than any other disease.

2. You have mentioned itching. This is common in fungal infections. This is also seen in a certain skin condition called heat boils.

3. Apply Clotrimoxazole cream for 2 weeks.

4. Use Nycil anti-rash talcum powder and keep the area dry.

This will easily solve your problem. You can also upload the image of the area (if possible) so that I can have a closer look at it.

Thanks for your query,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
