Brief Answer:
Pompholyx

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed pompholyx.
It's an endogenous allergy that means you have developed reaction to anything which you have eaten or inhaled.
I treat such cases with a strong topical steroid such as clobetasol to be applied twice daily for a week and an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine to be taken daily in night for a week.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.

Here I am attaching more pics of both palms, and it is only in my palms. The red spots are from inside the skin and my external skin is ok. Is it some blood impurity or some serious issue ? Should I take some anti allergic like citragine.

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Its not a serious thing or any blood impurity.
It is just an allergic reaction.
There is nothing to worry, just take an anti allergic like cetrizine and apply a steroid cream like clobetasol twice a day for a week.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
